• Reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery and tell us you would like a refund.
• We will confirm your refund within 1-2 business days. No forms, no interrogation.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bottle arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
